Takeda Hakura was born on March 1, 1992 in Osaka, Japan as daughter of a business man and a house wife. Her parents are extremely strict which did not lead to a particularly happy child hood. In addition to high expectations when it comes to school grades, she was put into dance classes, where she was also expected to perform well. As such, she does not like to talk about her parents.

When her father was promoted and transferred to Germany, she was ripped from her friends and known surroundings. With only a cursory knowledge of German, she was placed into a Gymnasium (higher secondary school) and expected to perform well. Thankfully, she shared a class with Hikari, who, as half-Japanese, half-German was bilingual and was able to help her out, becoming good friends in the process.

In the process of picking up German, Hakura shared that she was a fan of hip hop and Hikari got the girl into using hip hop to learn to use German better, introducing her to the thriving German hip hop scene. Surprisingly the ploy did work and Hakura used hip hop as an escape from the expectations of her parents.

She Eventually developed feelings for Hikari, which were returned and they became lovers.

During the Lulin Therianthropic Change Event, she was transformed into a robotic lizard, one of the few transformations that turned a person into a robotic being. It appears that Hikari always wished to be a robot to be able to better be able to meet her parents expectations.

She finished school with an Abitur and as best of her class with a grade average of 1.1 and shortly afterwards, defied her parents, when she ran away with Hikari to Cologne. Her parents took is badly and disowned her.

Together with her girlfriend into a cheap apartment next to the building of the Töchter Bathomets, and was introduced into the fetish scene through them.

Hakura always accompanies Hikari to her gigs, where she acts, in a way, as dancer for her girl friend, which can lead to fun situations with the audience when Hakura takes a microphone and begins to perform as a hip hop artist and MC.

She has a local following in Cologne and is a respected part of the local hip hop scene, but she also has surprising underground success in Japan, which amuses her.

Normally, Hakura is a soft spoken, polite, respectful and shy, but once she stands on stage, she looses many of her inhibitions, be it for dancing to support Hikari, or to drop hard code hip hop styles.

In 2013, she and Hikari took in Hina as a pet.

Hakura is generally robotic in appearance, but her pearlescent while body panels are made from an flexible elastomer that gives them the feel of elastic plastic. With her magenta highlights, she likes to lean into it, generally wearing a monochromatic magenta palette.

Ever since her meeting with the Töchter Bathomets, she exclusively wears clothing made of lates, though she likes to show off her partially mechanic nature. Usually, she follows Hikari in her clothing choices, wearing only a sleeveless latex leotard with a high neck and high hip cut outs, thigh high latex stockings and opera-length latex gloves, either with of without fingers. In addition though, she tends to go for straps, belts and a body harness in a darker magenta colour as a highlight, which gives her a somewhat submissive air.

Around her neck, she wears a collar with a tag reading Property of Hikari'.
